JoAnn Fabrics is THE place to go for all your crafts and hobbies. I enjoy sewing and scrapbooking, along with other various crafts. I can usually find everything I need here. They especially have a good selection of fabrics. Also, they are reasonably priced and always have sales and coupons. I don't know what I would do without this store!

This Target store is kind of strange becuase it is two floors, but it has all the great stuff that other Target's have. You can get pretty much anything here, from clothes to household decor, and even a few grocery items. The best thing is that the stuff is tasteful and inexpensive.

There are always great coupons in the paper, and even on the website, for the Target Portrait Studio. So I tried it. I liked it so much that I went back again and again. The photos that you get with the coupons are fairly basic, with a limited selection of backgrounds. But the photographer is really nice and does a great job. I go there with my baby and my sister's baby - both aged about 2-4 months. We thought that the photographer did a great job of getting the babies to smile and catching the shot when they did. It kind of stinks that you have to wait a couple weeks for your photos, but for the price, it is definitely worth it.

The first time I went to the Springfield mall was a few years ago and I thought it was dirty and not well kept. Recently I started going there again though and found it to be in much better condition. Yes, it is still small and so has a limited selection of stores, but the stores that it does have are decent. I love the Children's Place at this mall. For me, that alone is worth the trip.

This is the best Children's Place store around. I love the Children's Place for really cute, inexpensive kids clothes. They also have really great sales. Most of their stores are very cramped though. This one is the best! It is huge! It has both a lot of selection and plenty of space for strollers. I will actually go out of my way to shop in this store as opposed to another branch of the same store.

I also always enjoy their beers, which they brew on site. The atmosphere is very casual and relaxed, but the decor adds a little sophistication. The decor is all dark wood and brass, you almost feel like you are in an old english pub or something.

I always enjoy myself at Bennigan's. They are very relaxed and fun. They do have a bar, but don't seem to be too smokey in the restaurant. They have always been friendly despite my bringing my baby and using coupons. I love their potato skins and tortilla soup. They also have a great deal for lunch, they guarantee to have it done in 15 minutes or it is free.

I love the American Cafe for the a quick tasty and inexpensive lunch. They never seem to be crowded and are always friendly and happy to accommodate my baby. On Wednesdays they have a special on burgers. My favorite thing to get here though is the California Blue salad. It has blue cheese, strawberries, and walnuts. Every time I have gotten it the ingredients have all been fresh. It is wonderful.

It never seems to be crowded, and with good reason I guess. It seems to me that a lot of stores are closed. The stores that are open seem to be in serious need of TLC. Still I go there is I need to run in and get something quickly.

The Outback Steakhouse is, of course, a national chain restuarant. This location is just like any other location that I have been too. It is ALWAYS crowded, so if you get there after 5 on a weekend be prepared to wait. The steaks are worth the wait though! The Bloomin Onion is a favorite appetizer, but be sure you have people to share it with. The atmosphere is very casual and relaxed, and a little loud.
