Not impressed

I travel to Jefferson City, Missouri for business and generally during my meetings, we order Sub Shop to the conference room where we are holding the meeting. We place the order at approximately 10:30 a.m. and numerous times it does not arrive until 1:00 p.m. The order is usually incorrect and the subs are not appetizing. Everytime I eat there, I feel sick to my stomach.
