I grew up going to Taco John's when they were located in North Kansas City. Finally, Blue Springs now has one. My mom and I go there every single Saturday. She always has a taco burger and I have super nachos. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant. They also have a location in Odessa, Missouri.
