Kossar's Bialy's is a world known phenomenon and a very entrenched Lower East Side Institution. It has been in the Lower East Side since the early part of last century. They sell fantastic Bialys, bagels, and more. Some of their merchandise includes spreads that can be used to make a full lunch. Opens early in the morning and closes late at night. Come to the corner of Grand and Essex to enjoy their great bialys etc.
