I posted a review a couple of years ago for this place and gave it 2 stars. I'm trying to give it 0, or even a negative, but I'm not allowed to. I brought in a work smock and some of my boyfriend's shirts for laundry. A couple of months later, I noticed a small "am" written in permanent black marker on the bottom of my work smock. I didn't remember it being there before, but I thought maybe it had been there all along and I just didn't notice it. Because I got it from work, I thought it used to be someone else's and they had written their initials on it. Today, my boyfriend was putting on one of the dress shirts I had taken to launder there and he asked why "am" was written on his shirt in black marker. !! Too much of a coincidence. I went to his closet and looked at the other dress shirts that I had taken in at the time and found that "am" had been written in permanent black marker on those as well!!! Why would anyone do that to a shirt they are washing?? I know it is them because I only took the shirts and smock to get laundered once and I am the only other person who washes them. I will NEVER, EVER go back. (The "am" is written on the very bottom part of the shirt where it is tucked into the pants, so it is not noticeable, but still. . . .!!!!)

I went here on the recommendation of a friend. I needed a trusty mechanic who wasn't looking to rip people off and I found him here. The people here will tell it like it is. They give you all your options and don't try to sell you things or services that you don't need. They specialize in Japanese cars; I'm not sure if they work on other makes. They do have a snazzy new shop, so business must be good.

I find Jamba Juice's smoothies to be a bit gritty. I'm not exactly sure what it is about the smoothie. I have had them without the boost, and it helps a little, but the smoothie still tastes a little. . .unsmooth. A little pasty to me. They do have a wide selection of flavors to choose from, though. However, it does seem busy when I go in (my boyfriend loves them), so it must be just me who finds the smoothies a little off.

We stopped here on the way up from LA to SF. I lived in the Bay Area for 4 years and did not even know this gorgeous castle was here. The tours are a bit expensive, but seeing a house like this in the middle of nowhere is just amazing. The visitor area gives you a little history on the Hearst family and William Randolph Hearst who built the building. Then you take a little bus ride up to the top of the hill where you get a tour (your choice of four) of the grounds and house. I was totally blown away by the pool. That alone made the cost of the ticket worthwhile for me. The rest of the house is also gorgeous. I don't know if I would make it a point to go here just to see the castle, but if it is on your way, you should definitely stop by.

This place doesn't have enough parking. Especially when they share the lot with Z Tejas. The restaurant is a little noisy and crowded. Started off with the crab cake which was delicious. The corn and crab chowder was a bit creamy for me; I couldn't finish the dish. The lemon sole was ok, the swordfish wasn't that great. The oysters were good and came with ample dipping sauce. I don't think this place is as great as everyone says it is, but it is nice.

I went here for the all you can eat stonecrab claw Mondays. My friend had the all you can eat, I had a fish dish. The stonecrab was delicious, not dry, very tasty. My fish dish (I forget which one) was also made just right. The fish was seasoned just right and cooked well. The service was great. The server was always ready to bring out another plate of claws right before the present plate was finished. He was also not too intrusive. I don't like it when servers come by one too many times to ask how things are going.

I love the chinese bakery items from this bakery. They are always fresh and moist, not dry and hard like some other places. I especially like their 3 ingredient bread (I'm not sure what it's actually called). It's three rolls with three different ingredients; dried pork, red bean, and taro. Yum. Pretty much all their pastries are good. Don't forget to go at 6:30pm when all their bakery items are discounted!

I like coming here whenever I am the outlets. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The portion sizes are ok. Enough to fill you up. The atomsphere is nice, comfy, and laidback. Also, while you are waiting for a table, you can browse their country store which has some pretty unique items, such as old time candies, candles, and little knick knacks.

I miss going to Claim Jumper's. Of course, with the HUGE portions they give you , you can't go here everyday. It's hard to choose what to get from their menu since everything is pretty good. I love their chicken tenders. Fried just right and it works as a meal and a half. And it's only an appetizer!! The ore cart is just an enormous amount of food. With all you can eat salad thrown in, who can finish it? And their chocolate motherload six layer cake looks so good, but after all the food for dinner, I never had room to try it.
