This store has a really, really low standard for customer service. The little teenage boys who work here are interested in watching television and playing video games, not in assisting customers. I was here recently with my son, who was shopping for a computer game as a gift for his father. The selection was very poor, the prices were high and we couldn't get assistance to save our lives. It seems to me that they aren't willing to spend time on you unless you're there to make a major purchase. I'm not surprised by my experience because I've heard a lot of people complain about Best Buy.
