It's so hard to find good agents these days you can trust, I was lucky enough to become acquainted with Gary when he sold my neighbors house over 10 years ago. I didn't think of him again until I wanted to purchase a rental and then eventually sell that. He introduced me to one of his buyer's agents who helped me with a rushed purchase and then two years later he quickly sold my condo giving me a nice profit. The office is in a nice location and the staff is really understanding and helpful. I feel very comfortable recommending Gary to anyone that needs to buy or sell.
