This McDonalds is especially nice. Recently rebuilt, it is in the classic/retro style with large neon golden arches on both sides of the restaurant. As you enter, pleasant oldies rock and roll plays softly in the background. On the walls, there are pictures of classic McDonalds scenes, such as the child sheepishly placing a penny on the counter to buy a soda. The restrooms are clean, and the food is good.

The store has low aisles, making the atmosphere open. The music area can be loud sometimes.

The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra offers some of the best live classical music in the world. As one of less than 10 full-time US symphonies, they offer a varied schedule all year long. Features include the Lilly Classical Series, and Marsh Symphony on the Prairie (an outdoor summer concert series).
The Hilbert Circle Theatre is a cozy, acoustically prime hall, beautifully decorated. Seats in the first mezzanine or lower are very good.

The food is good, and provides a good medium-size meal. While CNN playing on 2 TV's can be distracting, the atmosphere is generally quiet.

Taco Bell offers lots of budget menu options for every Mexican taste. Most stores are recently built, and decorated in a quiet but modern theme. Their food is very reasonably priced, yet healthy and filling. One of my favorites is the Zesty Chicken Border Bowl - a full meal at ~$3. Overall, I'd highly recommend Taco Bell.
