Previous to the past year, I would have rated this mall a level four. It is well maintained and has a decent variety of stores. It does however lack the higher end stores that malls such as Crossgates in Albany and the Danbury Mall have. Recently, I became disgusted with the mall when they implemented a rule stating that anyone under 18 had to be accompanied by an adult. I am currently 20, therefore the rule did not affect me, but it did affect my family members. I think that if one is able to drive to the mall, they should be able to shop there. The Galleria's policy is discriminatory and disrespectful to the community as a whole.
