Rock the Cazba

Thursday, April 13, 2006
The Cazba is the best, if not only, truly authentic Greek restaurant in Boise. They offer a wide selection of salads and pitas, but also have several nightly dinner specials. While I'm a huge fan of their falafel pita, they have also won me over with their fantastic dolmades which is essentially a rice and ground lamb mixture wrapped in grape leaves in a sweet and sour sauce. I usually only get to come here a few times a year, but every time I am given great service. It's nice going to a restaurant where the people seem to enjoy what they do. It's a little on the pricey side ($14 for pitas, $17 for specials). But you'll leave feeling satisfied on so many levels.
