Anyone in Boise will tell you that Flying Pie is the most amazing pizza they have ever eaten. The ingredients are fresh and taste nothing like any other pizza I've had before in my life. My personal favorites are the Zambina (sausage, jalapenos, pesto, on sourdough crust) and the Samoan (a Hawaiian pizza with like 4 kinds of cheese and REAL Canadian bacon from Canada).
I mostly order in (their number is on my phone speed dial) but the times I have gone in were really cool. The weekly gourmet night is the best with an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet with dessert pizza offered twice in a night. I just wish I could get that dessert pizza all the time.
