Lizzie's Attic is now located just past Wal-Mart on US250 south. They carry Boyd's Bears and other gift items including Yankee Candles. I love to visit this store - it is always decorated so nicely and the sales girls are always friendly. I've stopped there more than once to pick up a gift for a friend or relative. They also carry baby Boyd's bears and other nursery decorations including picture frames.

Ginger's is located on West Side Fairmont by the Fairmont Cinemas. She offers a wide variety of prom gowns and wedding gowns as well as the matching accessories! If you are looking for a bargain, ask to see the 'basement sale' dresses. I found a gorgeous wedding dress in my size for $300 from Ginger's! She is very nice and great to work with. Check for you garter and tiara while you are there.

Wave Tek also offers a miniature golf course, tennis courts, 2 play areas, volleyball court, picnic tables and a hiking trail. Don't forget that they also rent out a pavilion for parties and reunions. i love to take my children here to play during the warm weather. We rarely go swim, but instead spend our time on the playground. There is a merry-go-round, several slides at different heights, swings for children and babies and so much more!

You can skate on traditional skates or try out some inline blades! If you are not interested in skating, you play some of the arcades offered! This is also a great place to hold birthday parties! They have short stories explaining each of the holes and the importance it has in West Virginia. They also have a atting cage and a paintball course! Located on US 250 South, this course is a great place to visit for many surrounding areas. It is a long 9-hole course, so you will definitely get to use all your clubs! They just started getting golf carts, so be prepared to walk! It is a great place for beginners to ge the hang of the game - it is a very wide-open course. Over the past years they have made a few improvements included the addition of a few carts. The staff is very friendly & easy-going!
