I visited TGIF's last week and had a fantastic meal. The waitress was quick, friendly and made the meal easy on us. We visited with my 2 kids and the waitress went out of her way to make sure they were occupied during the meal. It was nice to stop in and have the service match the food. I had the best time there! Two thumbs WAY up!

We went last night and had a party of 8. We were told it would be a 1/2 hour wait. After 45 minutes went by, we were told "just 5 more minutes". 15 minutes after that, I had a few words with them...

After 45 minutes went by, we were told "just 5 more minutes". 15 minutes after that, I had a few words with them and was told "just 5 more minutes" to which I replied "so really about 15 then?" I guess they must keep a table in the back set aside for angry customers, because suddenly, we had a table!
Excellent wait staff after that. We were assigned two competent waiters. Food was very good :)
Just be prepared for a longer wait than what they quote.

Rick was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect pair. He was RIGHT on! The pair, made by Munro, was exactly what I had been looking for! He was top notch in finding the correct size and fit for me. Well done and huge kudos to Rick!

Besides McDonalds, Old Country Buffet is the last place I would prefer a meal. The food is blah, the place is packed (which I still don't understand) and the price is high for the type of food that is offered. My husband wanted to go here tonight for dinner and for once, I gave in. I wish I didn't. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK!!!! There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area, try them instead.

This last winter, 2 days before Thanksgiving, our oil furnace went out. It is an older home that we are renting and to make a long story short, no other type of furnace, other than Natural Gas could be put into the home. Washington Energy Services went above what I consider exceptional service and were fantastic. At the time, we had a 6 month old and a 4 year old. We were trying to stay warm with a few space heaters. Our home was usually less than 60 degrees on any given day.
When the City of Kent refused to expedite a permit to get the gas line from the street to the house, WES and Potelco personally went to the City of Kent to compel them to change their minds.
What would have been a 6 month heating fiasco turned out to be only 1 month without proper heating.
Thank you again to the folks at Washington Energy Services.... they'll take good care of you!

I have the priviledge of staying at the Hyatt at Crown Center each June for a month with my delegation for SkillsUSA. Each time, we have been treated very well. Christelle in Catering and Sales is a pleasure to work with.
The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. Each night my room had a turn-down service with mints left on my pillow. 5 Stars to the staff at the Hyatt.
In addition, the Hyatt is connected to the Hallmark Crown Center shopping mall. Plenty of eating, shopping and entertainment to be had there.

We purchased my daughter's 4th birthday cake from Borracchini's. It was one of the best, if not THE best cake I've ever had. I have been so use to getting supermarket cakes, that this cake was a welcome change. We were able to have Cinderella and the other Disney princesses put on the cake. I was extremely impressed with the service at Borracchini's! If you get a chance, also try their Pumpernickel bread :)

I'm always impressed with the Old Spaghetti Factory. They have the most beautiful interior and nicely decorated tables and chairs. Beautiful building! The food is very good, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I often take large parties there because it won't cost an arm and a leg to eat there. Your meal will include soup or salad, a loaf or two of bread for your table, your entree and either spumoni or vanilla ice cream. YUM!

I've been to the Museum of Flight every time my in-laws come into town and I'm SO over it. Unless you're really into planes or have A LOT of time to kill doing nothing, it isn't really worth it.
Everyone has described it correctly. Lots of different planes to see. Some hanging from the ceiling, others on the ground.
The last time I checked, the first Thursday of each month was free to the public. That's the BEST time to check it out.

I've gone to the Janeville in Bellevue Square on several occasions and have just had a remarkable experience. Janeville is one of Gymboree's other stores, geared for 30+ year old women. If you're familiar with Gymboree, you'll know that Janeville is a great store! Overpriced, yes. The clothes make you feel great though!
