6 months after losing my dad, my mom decided to sell her home and move to a better neighborhood. It was a hard decision but she did it. Well, she decided to use EXIT realty, and a particular agent (http://www.exitmls.com/agent_page.asp?agentID=1519). Well, all they did was inconvenience her, showed up to her house unannounced (when she specifically said she was only showing the house with appointments), or he made appointments and then NEVER showed or called. To make things worse, he did nothing but lie, lie, lie to her and my sister constantly. He also listed the house for LESS than the agreed upon amount. I am so glad her contract is up with him. Then to make things worse, now that the contract is up they are trying to get in with her again. Can you believe the nerve????
