Great place for first hair cut

Cartoon Cuts at Fair Oaks Mall is a great place for a child's first haircut. They play videos for the kids while they get their hair cut. They do get very busy, especially on the weekends. I have not always liked how they cut my children's hair, but if you can find someone you like then stick with them. They give a little certificate for the child's first hair cut.
