Hidden away from the ID, Saigon Bistro has the best duck soup in town (also known as Bun Mang Vit). The bowl of soup comes with rice noodle and bamboo. Accompanying the soup is the a side duck salad with the ginger fish sauce to drizzle on top. Yum...I love this dish and I've tried it at several places, but Saigon Bistro is the best. They also have a booth inside the Uwajimaya food court. As for the decor of the place, it's very old and not the cleanest place of all, but it does offer the whole in the wall feeling with very quick service. Better than some of the nicer restaurants where you have to wait for hours to get a seat! If you want good food and quick service, this is the place to be!
