My husband, while a snazzy professional Monday through Friday, dresses way down on the weekends. So? Well, he can't get anyone to acknowledge him at Andrews. We've been in there several times, willing to buy, but just can't get noticed. We noticed a trend when a blue collar Hispanic couple came in at about the same time...they couldn't get service either.
This makes no sense, as even poorly dressed guys buy jewelry for themselves and their wives. My hubby was really offended, and the couple I mentioned were just glad they weren't the only ones!
Bear in mind, hubby dearest has walked into the Diamond Cellar wearing the same outfit on the same day, and got excellent service.
