OK, I've never served reindeer for Christmas dinner. But having tried alligator tail steak once back east, I decided to make an Irish stew of the stuff for one holiday. Exotic Meats (ExoticMeats.com) is a different kind of grocery store. You can find lamb and specialties of beef. But you also have access to a range of other meats that may excite you or may make you a little squeamish. If you need that exotic meat for an exotic or ethnic dish, this is the place to find what you need. The atmosphere and packaging is a little odd. But you'll serve a dinner that will be memorable.
