Not happy

I went to Chapter House for dinner and ordered steak medium rare. It came out a with barely any pink in it because it was so overcooked. I finally found the waitress and told her that it was too overcooked and I could not eat it, she took my fork and put it in my steak, seperated it and told me it was medium rare. I told her to get the manager and he actually told me that he will make another steak and it might be undercooked - I did not want undercooked, I wanted medium rare. It came out perfect and tasted good but the service was horrible.
