Ooh La La carries an assortment of costume jewelry and handbags, along with gifts, books, and some cosmetics and candles. They used to carry Bloom cosmetics, an Australian brand that I loved, but recently quit. In the past few years, the business' focus seems to have shifted from women in their older teens/younger twenties to younger girls, as evidenced by a sudden proliferation of pink and fuzzy things in the store and a more casual selection of bags and jewelry.
Be forewarned that if you order a monogrammed/personalized item, they take their sweet time in returning it to you. I ordered a monogrammed item that took over 10 days past the estimated completion time to arrive back in Montgomery - apparently, they have a home office in Dothan that does this work. When I inquired about the late work, since the gift in question was for a birthday and although I'd allowed a week and a half of lead time, it still did not arrive in time, the girl at the counter treated me like a second-class citizen and offered no assistance. A call to the manager the next day yielded a measly 10% off coupon, and she would not allow me to return the item or refund its cost. I was stuck paying for an extra gift and giving my friend her real present a week after her birthday. I haven't been back to the store since, and I don't plan to.
