My parents wanted to buy a new apartment for their investment purposes, and this was the realty that they did their business with. From what I've heard from my parents, their agent really went the extra mile. She always had the most recent business listings, and while the commission is a little higher than it usually, she was able to find the most profitable buildings for my parents and even did research in order to find all of the information.
