I've brought several women's dress shoes here and they've always done a fabulous job. Having the heels re-soled or repaired (or whatever it is they do to fix the heel) is a lot cheaper than buying new shoes. They have a quick turn around time and they also carry lots of shoe supplies like polishers, cleaners, etc.
