I have been to this location once and will never return. They are seriously understaffed during high traffic times (Saturday afternoons!). It took forever to get in. All I needed was a haircut for my son and it was much too long of an adventure. The stylist didn't seem to know how to do much except the general boys haircut. I won't be going there again. It's worth it to pay a little more, make and appointment and go to a salon that specializes in children or that has a reputation of good service!
