I love going to Fantastic Sam's. The stylists always listen to what I ask for and give me exactly that. They are so helpful in answering questions. You know it's a great place too when they give free haircuts if you donate your hair to Locks of Love. Any business involved with an organization as fine as that is definitely one I want to patronize and one I would recommend that my friends and family patronize as well.

My husband bought me a day of beauty and rest from Green Meadows for my birthday. It was heavenly. The half hour massage had me so relaxed. I got the best manicure and pedicure, not to mention the facial. Evereone there was so nice and helpful. I felt like a queen and nearly floated out the door after my time there. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a special treat to give a girlfriend, wife, mother, etc.

I have been to Golden Corral only one time. We went for a Sunday Breakfast Buffet. I had expected a larg variety of items on the many stations and was dismayed to find that each station had the same items. The food was warm but some of it seemed as if it had been there for quite a while. Considering the price I was extremely disappointed and have yet to return to try a dinner buffet and I'm not sure that we will.

I found two great pairs of jeans in amazing condition, and a really cute shirt also in excellent condition and I only paid $13 for all of it. It may take a while to dig through the racks to find what you're looking for but the prices make it well worth the time. Check out the shoes, books, and toys for the kids while you're at it. It's like going to a huge indoor garage sale.

Walking through the door is like taking a trip back in time. The food is excellent, I loved the fried shrimp. The girls in their poodle skirts just add to the atmostphere. The chocolate malt is simply heavenly. Whether in a large group or just as a couple this is a great place for dinner. Be prepared to stand in line as it's always hopping.

The food at Fast Eddie's is great and what an awesome price. $1.09 for a 1/2 lb cheeseburger, 99 cents for a basket of fries, not to mention the Big Elwood on a stick and all the other great items at the food bar. Free popcorn is available several places around the bar, but beware it is salty very salty. The drinks are great however they are not cheap. If you're going to have a good time and not spend too much your best bet is probably bottles of beer. Get there early and stay late. Be prepared to stand, even with over 400 seats in the joint they fill fast and the turn-over on them is slow. The music is great, get up and dance along.

I love the fact that you can pick and choose your own mix-ins and your own ice cream. it makes every customer feel like an ice-cream inventor. The pre-set menu has some wonderful options as well. While the price is not cheap for this ice cream, they portions are very large, don't be fooled by the small cup sizes, they can really pack the ice cream into them.

The first thing I noticed were the pictures on the walls of all the patrons of this restaurant. CC's was recommended to us by my husband's boss, a regular there. He called ahead to let them know we were coming and that is was for our anniversary, so we knew right away they were providing dessert on the house. The menu is a bit pricey but well worth it especially for a special occasion. The lobster ravioli in cheese sauce is the best I've ever had. The steak my husband had was melt-in-your-mouth good. I can't wait to go back.

The open toasted sub style snadwiches delivered to your table, the kettle cooked chips, the pasta, desserts and so much more to enjoy about this restaurant. I can't stay away. They offer catering as well. I'd be so happy if my boss would choose that just once.

Sitting on the patio at Boone Tavern is one of the best ways to enjoy Twilight Fest. The food is plentiful and very tasty. The drinks are reasonably priced especially if you get in at the right time. There is often a special menu for Twilight Fest evenings. You can hear the groups performing in the courthouse square. Be sure to arrive early or you will have to wait a while for a table.
