I love Ted Drewes. There frozen custard is so good. Going there though is not just a matter of good ice cream, it is a family tradition for so many in St. Louis, waiting in the lines is nothing for those who truly enoy the entire experience. Making the trip from West County to TD's and listening to the Cardinals on the radio is summer at its very best for me. Since I've moved away Iget it whenever I get back to STL, in the meantime Ihave to make due with the prepacked custard sold at Walgreens and while it's delicious the experience is missing.
