Publix works hard to maintain their friendly, helpful atmosphere, and I'm here to acknowledge that I love this grocery store! The last time I was there, I went to pick up some raw marrow bones (soup bones) for my dogs. They are just about the only place in town that carries them. They are always happy to custom cut these bones and package them for me. I never have to wait in a long line with a grouchy cashier, either. There is always someone willing to take my groceries out to my car. I left with a smile on my face. It sounds cheesy, but you really don't fine grocery stores like this much anymore! Their prices can be higher, so I do have to shop selectively. The great customer service, though, will keep me coming back for the things I do like to buy at Publix.
