HOT aka house of teryaki is a pretty good place for japanese food, considering we're in western mass. they have a wide variety of sushi, and although i'm not a sushi fan, my friends order - and it does look fresh and appetizing. i get chicken teryaki which is really good. it is a big portion. all entrees come with miso soup and salad, and tea of course. salmon teryaki is also a good choice. the service is fine, and the restaurant it neat. the price is good too.
