I went to Prosser shopping for a baby grand after pricing out pianos through Costco and other piano stores. I ended up purchasing through Prosser because they had the right line of piano that I was looking for and were willing to work with me on price as well. I bought a player, so not only did we bargain on price, but they added some player disks as well, which are quite expensive. Easy to work with and very friendly.
Also called them again when I moved homes for their piano moving service. Figured since they did it right once, they'd be great the second time around. They were great about the move & did a good job.
