Desert Fire is conveniently located in the Redmond Town Center parking lot. Big restaurant with good service. Food is fair and the place never seems to be really crowded. Kind of a southwestern type of cuisine here. Worth a try, but nothing overly spectacular. If you're looking for a place to eat during peak hours, this is a good place to try because they never seem to be as busy as other places.
