McAllister's is great lunch place as well as dinner. The atmosphere is laid back and the service is always great. I love the Spud Max. It's 1 lb of potato loaded with cheese, ham, turkey, green onions, black olives, butter and sour cream. It's huge. Sometimes, I even add a little rotel. Everyone must try it. They also have great sandwiches and salads. The prices are reasonable. They are always packed at lunch time so I like to call in my order and run in and pick it up. The sweet tea is great too.
