Never get what I ask for

I live near Romeo's and sometimes order from them for convenience's sake. Never again! Everytime I order, I end up with the wrong items. If I ask for no onion, tomatoes, or oil/vinegar, I get double of all of them! Whether they deliver or I pick-up, I always end up having to bring my order back and wait 25 minutes for the right order.
