Who doesn’t love a good frappuccino? Gloria Jeans makes some of the best around, with seasonal favorites that I wish they’d add to their year-round menu. They seem to have a frappucino for every holiday imaginable, with my
favorite being the pumpkin spice. The employees are usually college-age girls who are pretty friendly. There are a few items available to purchase to use at home, such as different types of coffees as well as a few trinkets. There is no Gloria Jeans near where I live now and that makes me
very sad.

I love the Cheesecake Factory! The food is a bit pricey, but is always good and plentiful and the service has always been wonderful. The regular menu is full of a wide variety of food that appeals to all types of eaters, but let’s face it, the star of the show is the cheesecake. Their impressive list
of cheesecakes is extensive and the possibilities seem endless as to the types of cheesecake combinations they can create. Even the low carb cheesecake made with splenda tastes so rich that you can’t tell it’s low carb or made with splenda. This place is definitely a keeper.

We went to Coconuts for a family dinner the night before my beach wedding and we really had a blast. Once word got out that we were getting married the next day, the band and the restaurant manager were very kind to us. The
band sang songs for us, asked us questions and encouraged us to dance. The manager sent a bottle of champagne to us on the house. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I love going to concerts at the Pageant. The venue is just the right size and nearly every seat in the house is a good one, even for those who choose to sit in the nosebleeds. I personally prefer to sit in line all day long just to be able to get front row and center, but that’s just me. The Halo Bar opens before concerts so instead of waiting in line, you can go in and have a drink and relax. The bands sound great in this venue and my only complaint is that the merchandise area is very small.

I like the intimacy that this venue has to offer – sometimes I felt like if I reached my arm just inches from my body, I could actually tie the band members’ shoelaces for them. The acoustics are kinda crappy if you’re right at the front and get better the farther back in the venue you go. I don’t
like the band merchandise area…it can get filled up with people very quickly and there is no room to breathe. Overall, an OK venue.

the concert venue. Should you choose to dine outside, beware of the highway right above your head – the cars and trucks look like they are going to fly off of the street right into your plate of food! I always get sunburnt eating outside here so bring sunscreen.

Fridays is a good place to eat. The food tastes great and it’s affordable. They seem to constantly seek out new and innovative items to put on their menu and their entrees can get creative. I’ve never had a problem with the service at this restaurant, but it’s obviously not going to be 5-star dining either. This is a good choice for dinner before heading over to The Funny Bone, which is right next door.

I have a blast every time I go to Six Flags, even though I don’t ride the big thriller rides like Mr. Freeze or Batman. The only roller coaster I ride here is The Boss and it leaves me (happily) sore every time for days to come from the bumps and jiggles. The first drop is great. The water park is also getting more attractive by the year, especially after the recent addition of Tornado, which is an excellent ride. Obviously, pack your own lunch because food is way overpriced in this park, as it is in all other parks - $17 for 2
slices of pizza and 2 small drinks! It’s best to go to Six Flags early or late in the season since it’s packed all day and all night during the summer.

This place treats you like royalty if you purchase a brand new vehicle, so I had a very good experience during the buying process. However, I never heard back from my sales rep about fixing the scratch that was on the car – I had gotten the car for $5,000 less than sticker price and the scratch (that was barely visible to the naked eye) wasn’t important to me, but he did say he’d call to set up a time to fix it and never did. I think that is rude to say
you’re going to do something and you don’t, especially when I just purchased a $19,000 vehicle from you. They’re great to you when you’re buying the car, but afterwards, they want nothing to do with you.

during the day, but it makes for a nice ambience. The servers are sometimes hard to understand due to their heavy accents.Overall, a nice place to dine.
