I grew up on Bob Evans sunday brunch dinners so when I moved to this area, I was stoked to see that there was a Bob Evans in my new town. Unfortunately, the service is substandard, which is too bad because the food is pretty decent. I have never had a friendly server anytime I've been there and had to wait for an employee to get off of a seemingly unimportant personal phone call to pay my bill one time! I went there shortly after giving blood one morning and needed to eat something ASAP - a biscuit or two would have been fine. I explained this to the server as soon as I was seated and the 8-minute wait for the biscuit was far too long - he seemed to not care that I needed to eat at that very second. I will not return to this Bob Evans due to the poor service I have received each time I've visited.
