Pick one up

If you're a local, you probably already do pick one up. If you're a visitor, and you need to know what's going on, you have to find one. They are available on Thursday afternoons at many local bookstores, sandwich shops, restaurants, etc. Everything is covered here - food, books, movies, music and it even includes a calendar of events for kids. Some of the writers have been at the Chronicle a bit too long in my opinion, and I find some of the content a little too hipper-than-thou on occasion, but for local events, you need to turn here.
