I went to school at Western in Bellingham and I was addicted to Taco Lobo! The food is fresh and they make the tortillas by hand. I will admit that sometimes I make the treck up there just to get a buritto. I love Mexican food, and although I have found some good Mexican food in the Bellevue/Seattle area, NOTHING beats Taco Lobo. If you are ever in Bellingham, this is a must try! Its cheap, quick and it will make your mouth water for days to come! If I could rate this over five stars I would!

I drive a pretty old car, so when something is wrong with it I don't want to spend a lot of money fixing it. Recently my axle was going out, and I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg to fix it. I called Les Schwab, thinking they only did tires, to get a recommendation. They informed me that they would do it there for a very affordable price! They were booked that day, but told me to drop my car off anyway and they would squeeze it in. I dropped my car off and it was done by the end of the day. The staff was friendly, the service was quick and the price was very reasonable. For car problems that extend beyond tires, give Les Schwab a call, they are great!

I have had some very terrible hair experiences at salons, but Gene Juarez ALWAYS does a great job. I recently went to Gene Juarez in the Bellevue Galleria, and got the best color and cut I have had in a long time. The highlights looked natural and the cut was framed around my face just right. I love going there because I am not nervous to see how it will turn out. I can relax and enjoy my time knowing that my hair will always look good when I leave the salon! The girl that did my highlights told me how much she loved her job, and that made my experience even better knowing how much she cared about what she was doing!

My engagement ring was from there and I love it. They were quick when they re-sized it. If you are looking for wedding bands they have a great selection. There are customer friendly and will help you pick out or even design your dream ring. When my fiance was shopping for my ring he said they made him feel very comfortable and gave excellent service!

My friends were recently engaged and I made reservations for an engagement dinner at P.F. Changs in Bellevue. When we arrived there (10 min. early!) the hostess had seated a group of people at our table! I can't prove it, but it seemed obvious that the people did not want to wait the usual hour and a half dinner wait, so they pulled some strings with the hostess, especially since they had about half the number of people our reservation was made for. My party and I, including an anxious baby, a three year old, and family members who had traveled nearly an hour to get there, were left waiting for a table. By the time we were seated the hostess assured us she would let the manager know what had happened and that the manager would come speak to us and compensate us on our meal for the "misunderstanding". The manager never appeared and there were no comps. After our meal we asked the hostess to speak to the manager. She tried to take our number and said she would have him call us! We refused and she finally got him. When the manager appeared he said that he had NEVER been notified of the situation. Obviously the hostess was trying to cover herself! The manager was very apologetic and the server and food were good. The hostess however was not!

I found the best eye care in Bellevue. When I went to get my eyes checked here, I learned that due to my old eye doctor at another facility, I had been wearing the wrong size contacts for YEARS, which were irritating my eyes! I was so angry at my old eye doctor! The Eyecare Center in Bellevue corrected the problem for me. They have great doctors, good service, and an excellent selection of eye glasses. The wait time for my appt. was never more than 2 minutes! They also offer pre and post operative care for corrective eye surgery.

Try the girls cafe in Hoodsport, WA about 10 miles up the road from Hood sport on the way to Lake Cushman. Great burgers and fries, always a dinner special, and it's all home cooked! The atmosphere is casual, and the service and food are great. If you are ever camping up by like Cushman, and you are tired of barbecuing hot dogs come eat here!

This restaurant appears to be a "hole in the wall" type place from the outside, but the food it absolutely amazing! The chow mein is thick and home made, it was the BEST chow mein I have ever had. The chicken kung pao was also great. I brought someone there who wasn't fond of Asian food, and now he is hooked. This is definitely a place to try! Get there early because they are very busy on the weekends! (They have take out too)
