they came to give a presentation at my condo and their presentation was full of holes. they refuse to give quotes withing 1k and their prices were higher than another company that presented a week later. also the people doing the selling didnt seem to care if you had questions - they wanted to get out as soon as they did their work! i think customer service is lacking here -they need to learn that no one will plunk down 11k on shutters without getting some questions answered, they should especially take into account that there were close to 100 ppl in attendance (a few who were VERY serious) so they ware talking a over 100k sell atleast.

This shopping store is too small! they also lack aisle space - god forbid anyone dares to use a cart! i never go in for more than what two baskets can hold. also the lines are always ridiculous and back into the tiny tiny aisled - better to drive 2 blocks to the next publix on 8th street unless you just need a few basics. only plus is that block buster is right next to it so its easy to get movies and groceries in one stop

the nail place turns you off when you walk by or go in but the moment your done you feel so happy because the staff is so funny and sweet and they work like they care about you personally. they go the extra mile for the pedicure - massaging and all! the work lasts a while too! kindof amazing because usually you haveto go to a very nice spa and pay 4x the nail room's charges to get something of this quality! a great find.

Overpriced OIL. there is a consistant layer of grease atop of the pizza. the thing crust isnt crips - its soggy from the oil slick. better to stick to even chain shops - although the garlic rolls are good they dont make up for the bad main attarction of a pizza place! i havent tried the other meals i dont expect much from them. the salades did look fresh (didnt try) but noting the trend from the few times i am ordered the dressing is probabbkly oil based and bland.

no returns. period. the statement says " returns on electircal parts not accepted" but then its a place that sells electrical parts so nothing except the tricket keychains by the front can be returned! thats so ridiculous and unbelivable because most other shops take returns! i wasted over $50 on parts here non of which are right - and the sales clerk helped me pick them ouT!!! isnt that a thriller! id rather take my busines where the people know what you need and accept it back if its the wrong item!

chucky is right - why would you take your kid here if hes over 7 he will have a hard time sitting still. the food is poor, overprisd slabs of cardboard. but this place gets three stars because its a peice of many peoples childhood and will always the fame among the playground groups of the 90s for being the cool place where a kid can be a kid. sadly i doubt young kids seem entertianed there anymore - i would save the cash for a the party and have one at home and just bring kids here for a family night treat.

Petco is so much better than the chain stores we have had down here. its great they finally settled all over miami. their best buy is the grooming because the rates and times are great. also a good option is to bring in your dog fore a self wash - for under $10 you get to use their tools and tips for giveing your pooch a relaxing soak. great for hot days! and also the fish selection is very healthy and they are patient with customer service
