this beats any other hotel in the business district. the staff is all sunshine! i havent stayed there but i live 2 blocks from it and often go in for coffee or for snacks at their bar/starbucks. everytime i am in there the consierge is always happily greeting guests and everything looks perfect. i had a visitor from out of town who was there and when i went over i was surprised by how huge their rooms are. her bed was dreamy and the view was fantastic of downtown and all the lighted highrises - it looked like a postcard! the staff make this place though because everyone from valet to housekeeping is always gracious and happy to see you. you can tell a place is good and well kept when you can watch there be not one angry outburts at the registeration or coat check or valet all day! every guest looks calm and catered to by their excellent people.
