Safari at Eclipse is a combination of two previous salons. This salon has two different rooms that they style hair in and they have many good stylists although my favorite left to open her own salon. They also do manicures and pedicures, waxing and many other spa treatments. They also sell some high end products.

Sir Johns menu is good and I love their shrimp scampi but it is the outside dining that I come for. Granted I could eat inside on nicer chairs and tables but the view of Farrington Lake is incredible. Eating lunch outside is peaceful but at night the place lights up with little white lights. At the lake you can sometimes see people fishing. They ahve a full bar and restaurant and can hold parties in their banquet rooms.

The Westwood is a typical banquet hall. I find the decoration non-distinct. They have granite floors, woodwork and crystal chandeliers but it does not stand out to me. They can hold large or small parties. To me they are better for a shower, Bar & Bat Mitzvah, showers, and Sweet 16's than it is for weddings. Nothing wrong with them and and their food is decent.

Battleground Country Club is located in Manalapan and has an elegant Country Club Setting and their Terrace overlooks the golf course. They have an outdoor gazebo which is great for photos or your ceremony and they have an indoor ceremony area. Inside they have a great fireplace that makes a great backdrop for conversations while guests enter and leave.

My best friend got married at Berkeley Plaza and was very happy with how everything went. They can accommodate from 75-350 and have options that are less expensive and you can add on from there. They have two ballrooms, one with a spiral staircase and a large crystal chandelier and the other has soft colors and atrium windows and they also have separate cocktail hour rooms and bridal suites. The gazebo makes for great pictures.

The two things I like best about Chili's Grill and Bar are the tortilla chips they give you after you are seated and their margaritas. I love both the frozen margarita and the frozen strawberry margarita with sugar around the rim. They have a good menu to choose from also.

I do not eat donuts often but when I do I like to get Dunkin Donuts. My favorite kinds are the boston creme donut and the french cruller. The Dunkin Donuts in Old Bridge always has a line which tells you something about the quality. The store is small so it can bet annoying but it's worth it. I also like their breakfast sandwiches.

The Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange consists of tons of small jewelry stores and some not so small. I found it very annoying when I walked in because there were tons of people trying to peddle jewelry and when I told them we were looking for a hammer banged wedding ring for my fiance (husband) they would show me a bunch of rings because they either did not know what I meant or did not carry it. But the Diamond Castle in the Jewelry Exchange was great. This is a good place to shop around.

I was very picky about my wedding band but the Diamond Castle in the Woodbridge Jewelry Exchange had exactly what I wanted, a platinum wedding ring with small diamonds and I wanted the band to be the same width all the way around. They showed me tons until I found want I wanted and then had my fiance (husband) write up the engraving request. The prices was less than 1/3 what I expect to pay.

Ruby Tuesday's is located in the Brunswick Square Mall. I like that I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seated. They have a salad bar and although it is a very basic salad bar I like it because they have the best croutons, they are made from pumpernickle and are usually a little chewy in the middle because they are fresh. Their soups, sandwiches and burgers are good too.
