A good day trip for the family

I enjoy taking my kids to the zoo and I know they enjoy it as well. The San Diego Zoo is a great place to go, but beware, it can be expensive! Be prepared to pay quite a bit to feed the family and for snacks because nothing is cheap! The food sadly isn't that great either, but what you expect, its not a 4 star restaurant or anything. Make sure you wear good comfortable shoes and if you have kids 3 and under bring a stroller. Have a great time!
