Yes the lines are sometimes long at the checkouts and the parking generally sucks, but other than that I don't have any complaints about Costco. They have GREAT prices there (if you are willing to buy in bulk) and over all its just a fun store to walk around in. If you are a member (and you have to be to shop there) you will also get coupons in the meal to make their savings even greater (i.e. buy one get one frees, etc). A lot of my friends also shop here for diapers.

The Yogurt Mill has the BEST frozen yogurt I have ever eaten. YUMMY! On a hot day in El Cajon you will find a long line for this great yogurt, but it is SO worth it. Don't be intimidated, just wait! They offer a different variety of flavors everyday so if you really like something it may not be there the next day (don't worry though you will find another flavor you like!).

Also, MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SUNSCREEN!! I can't stress this enough. You are going to be doing a lot of walking so make sure you wear comfortable shoes. Take in the Shamu show as its a great time! I also love the dolphin show as do the kids.

I enjoy taking my kids to the zoo and I know they enjoy it as well. The San Diego Zoo is a great place to go, but beware, it can be expensive! Be prepared to pay quite a bit to feed the family and for snacks because nothing is cheap! The food sadly isn't that great either, but what you expect, its not a 4 star restaurant or anything. Make sure you wear good comfortable shoes and if you have kids 3 and under bring a stroller. Have a great time!

The puppies in this store are really cute, but the prices are pretty high especially because you cannot be sure where they came from. Unless you fall completely fall head over heels in love with one of these dogs, please try to find a buddy at a local shelter. At least this pet store will let you walk the dogs, so that means they are getting exercise. Be prepared to expect long lines on the weekends, cause everyone wants to go look at puppies!

Besides the bulk candy they have a variety of candies that you probably would have a hard time finding elsewhere (i.e. Razzles - I love those things!).

Employees are always nice in this restaurant and they do their best to keep the dining area clean (which is sometimes hard to do especially on the weekends). Every once is a while they sell their dollar cheese enchiladas, make sure you try them, they are great!

You won't find any thing too flashy or trendy at JC Penney, but they do offer a good selection of clothes at pretty good prices. This is the store you would probably expect your mom or granny to shop at (and there is nothing wrong with that!). Make sure to check the clearance racks, especially if you are shopping for kids clothes, you can find some GREAT bargains there. What I like most about this Penney's is the furniture section, its pretty nice stuff and not too out of this world prices.

They even have stuff for the man in your life! Sales staff are always friendly and accommodating. One plus, they carry a decent selection of plus sized lingerie which is sometimes hard to find. They also carry larger than average sized bras. Happy shopping!
