Excellent place to go with your Harley OR with your family! We went there the other night with my toddler and he loved it! A bit crowded but for good reason, the food, atmosphere, and service are outstanding! We ordered "a little but of everything" and it fed our whole gang! Our server was super busy but spent ample time with us helping us pick out meals, etc. Everyone was so nice and the food was delicious! Will defintiely go again when it gets warm and we can dine al fresco!

Recently opened in the South End of Charlotte, Owen's Bagel and Deli shop is a great start to a growing trend of bagel shops. Using authentic New York style bagels, they serve up a great combination of sandwiches with a few side items to boot. Menu is a bit confusing and prices aren't the best but hopefully some time and growth with help out with that. Great place to bring the kids too before a trolley ride.

I've been to Demarco's Italian Grill a few times located in Tage Cay. Service has always been great and the atmosphere is wonderful but the food hasn't been consistent. One time I had a pasta dish, gnocchi florentine, that was just outstanding but the next time I went, it was as if they left it sitting under the heat lamps for too long. The pizza is good but not exceptional.

For the best pasta in Cleveland, Oh Little Italy, be sure to go to Trattoria! This restaurant was also reveiwed by Rachel Ray in the $40 a day show on the FoodTV Network and for good reason! The Gnocchi in tomato cream sauce is the best dish I have ever tasted although I have tasted plenty there and they all rank very very high in my book! I haven't been there for over two years (moved to the South) but still remember this place and food as my favorite! Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is great. Party room in the back too!

Located east of downtown Cleveland, Gust Gallucis serves up the best italian groceries, bakery, and lunches outside of Brooklyn! An extensive deli has all of the meats and cheese at great prices, the back kitchen serves lunch that is outstanding, the bakery is authentic and great, and the service is impeccable! Be sure to try the meatball subs! Don't forget the pepperoni bread which is always warm and fresh at the register (when available). Their take home sauces and pastas will keep your friends guessing! The greatest ever!

Thought I would be the savvy shopper and use a number of my Coupon Book Buy 1 Get 1freebies to put together a wonderful wedding gift basket, get some Christmas gifts out of the way, and score some goodies for myself. Well, after delivering all of the gifts that I so cleverly bought, I went home to enjoy some of the bags of popcorn that I included in lots of gifts. Hmmm... isn't popcorn supposed to be crunchy? Uuugh... this popcorn was so old and stale it was as if someone had left it out in an overnight rainstorm and then bagged it after sprinkling on the worst excuse for chocolate I had ever tasted (more like those gummy wax lips we played with as kids). Sheepishly, I never asked anyone if they enjoyed their gift!

Located in Filbert, SC, the Peach Tree is the real deal when it comes to authentic and fresh peaches, other fruits, vegetables, etc. They serve unbelievable ice cream - the caramel topping is to die for! The ice cream parlor has a kids happy hour once a week! The owners are always there to help and strive to keep customer service top notch like calling people by name and having lots of samples available. You can also pick your own peaches in season! Definitely one of my favorite summer places!

I recently went to Alfred and Charlies BBQ (and catering) the other night for dinner. It's an old house redone into a restaurant with outstanding service and great food. We had a sampler of the various BBQs they made and each table has it's own 5-6 different sauces available for those who like it saucy! They server breakfast all day which was great for my son - he could eat pancakes for dinner :). A few days later, we received a HAND WRITTEN tahnk you card and B1G1 coupons for a future visit. Too nice!

With many custom flavors to choose from and super scoopers that give you so much ice cream it nearly falls off the cone, Brusters in the way to go. Wait, almost 5-6 dollars for a sundae? yep.. but easily split between two people. If you are alone, order the kids size - it's still plenty. We've ordered their cakes and pies too - they kept great and tasted awesome the whole week long (what a good week that was!) Free kiddie cones, free doggie sundaes, and great promos keep me coming back for more!
