Moxley's has rich, creamy ice cream in a lot of flavors. I've found their quality to be a little uneven; the chocolate had an odd off flavor to it but the coconut is to DIE for. Vanilla is very good but the mint chocolate chip could be a little sweeter and mintier---etc. You can have a taste before buying. The place is clean and service is good. Parking is easy but the location (sprawling strip mall with few interesting shops) isn't very conducive to strolling with a cone on a summer evening.
