Of all the foods that remind me of Boston, a cannoli from Mike’s has to be the tastiest. Sweetened ricotta cheese nestled inside a pastry shell, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with powdered sugar…how can you not enjoy it? We used to buy them on warm summer evenings and take them down the street to the park and sit around the fountain and eat them. If you’re not in the area but are craving a cannoli, Mike’s offers them through their web site, although the $45 shipping charge will break the wallet.
