BAIT and RE-CREATE. I called Lexus of Cerritos after seeing an advertisement. A sales person named Nader Droubi quoted me a price under the listed price on the telephone. After driving nearly 100 miles to get to the dealer, I was told by a different sales person named Cleo Williams that the price which was quoted on the telephone was not available. The sales manager that refused to honor the previously quoted price was Sam Choe. Finally, I left a message for the finance department seeking information about extended warranties. Nobody returned my call. Don't trust these jokers.
