Howdy's in Malibu is one of the best cheaper eateries in Malibu. Although, it is fairly expensive, it is well worth it. They are very quick and very good as well. They have a large selection of Mexican foods, most of which are great. It is also in a very good area (right next to a playground and a little courtyard where you can sit in the sun and eat).
