Amazing Happy Hour

The restaurant is pretty decent most the time but during Happy Hours, it's incredible. From 4-7 everyday, Monsoon Cafe offers an amazing variety of things for half price. The best item on the Happy Hour menu is the salmon tempura roll (only about 3$). The restaurant is great, however, I only recommend going during Happy Hours because it can get fairly expensive. It's a very classy restaurant especially for being on the promenade.
