I have been a frequent attendee of this salon. I have had several perms in my life, and I always ended up losing a bunch of hair in the process. My hair is baby fine, and just falls apart. At Rolf’s my stylist gave me the best perm of my life. There were actually 2 folks working on me- a stylist and an assistant. They soothed me as I waited, and I had a great time. My hair was wonderful, and I did not have a single chemical burn. Did I pay for this? You bet. A perm is time consuming and expensive, but this was worth every penny.
