Some of the best low-calorie ice cream in the city. (Smoochies is better, in my opinion, but I think they are going (or have gone?) out of business). In any case, Tasti D-lite has been featured on the Apprentice and on Sex and the City and has about 100 different, wonderful flavors of frozen desert. Most of the chocolate & peanut butter ones are over 10 calories an ounce (sometimes up to 17!), but I think they're also the best. Keep in mind that there are hidden calories to watch out for besides just the flavor. Some machines are different and will insert differing amounts of air into the ice cream (density will affect calories), and some of the workers will give you much, much more ice cream than is 'supposed' to fit into a cup.
