Evergreen is one of my favorite restaurants in Chinatown. It is located way at the south end of Wentworth. The restaurant is always packed with large gatherings of people chowing down on sizzling beef, seafood dishes, chow mein, and squab. It is a boisterous crowd, as people chat and share different kinds of food.
