Their staff is very helpful, there is many classes to choose from. The membership dues are not that expensive. it is not 24 hours but they do have a pool. The facilities inside are always clean, the pool is indoors so it is nice to swim in it during the winter and preventing a tan in the summer. there is an abundance of excercising machinery and weights. There is also mats and such for stretches
